[ And she does - it's probably the most extravagant thing she's ever been given, and certainly the newest. It's practical, too, and the surge of warmth across the bond in Eren's direction is likely as warm as his own fire. ]

[ the fire sac in his chest is pretty hot. it’s— fuzzy. it’s fuzzy to feel as it is to acknowledge and accept. it’s warmth for him. warmth that feeds into a never ending cycle of warmth for her and, how deserving was he of it? ]

[ Joke or not, she laughs. The warmth needs a place to go and it goes with her laugh, but doesn't cease. ]

[ it's fast, almost too fast. eren rocks the space between them with a blast of flames. he's crouched some, to protect her face and feathers and focus the burst to her chest, like a jab to the gut. flames would lick the scales and dissipate, and she would be absolutely okay. said scales might even shimmer brighter. ]

[ Heat, more heat - but no pain, and Lex laughs, bright and fierce. ]

Oh, the raiders back home would hate me in this, [ she grins, all teeth. ]

[ oh, that's the last straw. so fierce, so brilliant, so— so blistering, she was! she has a dragon pouncing on her, openly inviting her to give him hell. ]
